Hot and Cold Forging

We utilize cold stamping machines with a stamping force of up to 120 tons, enabling various cold stamping processes such as punching, stretching, and deep drawing. The products produced through cold stamping have very high surface quality, requiring little to no finishing processes, which helps save costs.

For hot stamping, we use hot stamping machines with a stamping force of up to 1,000 tons, capable of processing products weighing up to 3 kg. The resulting products have high mechanical strength and minimal excess material, which increases machining efficiency and reduces costs.
