CNC Machining

FOMECO fully owns and continues to invest in a system of semi-automatic and automatic CNC machines to carry out machining processes such as turning, milling, and grinding, achieving machining accuracy of up to 0.005 mm.

We utilize roller grinding technology with ultra-fine grinding machines for bearing raceways, achieving a surface roughness of Ra 0.05. Notably, we have a line for rolling sleeves with diameters up to 200 mm. FOMECO has the capability to produce high-quality bearings that meet the demands of the export market.

We also equip a robotic welding system specifically designed to manufacture high-quality products for the Japanese market and other countries.
