In particular, FOMECO’s DISGO coating line incorporates technology transferred from NIHON RUSPERT, Japan. The coating can withstand more than 1,000 hours of salt spray testing, helping enhance corrosion resistance and extend product service life under demanding operating conditions.
DISGO technology is free from hexavalent chromium (Cr6+), lead, cadmium, and mercury, and complies with RoHS and REACH requirements. It not only provides effective surface protection but also enables products to meet increasingly stringent safety and environmental standards and strengthens their eligibility for international supply chains.
To meet large-volume orders, FOMECO has invested in three modern Dacromet coating lines, each with a capacity of up to 20 tons per day. Dacromet coatings provide high corrosion resistance and can withstand up to 500 hours of salt spray testing. The technology does not cause hydrogen embrittlement or thread deformation, thereby ensuring smooth and reliable assembly. Its ability to produce a uniform coating, even on components with complex geometries, helps preserve mechanical properties while maintaining long-term durability and consistent product quality.
