Established on October 19, 1974, Pho Yen Mechanical Factory, the predecessor of today’s FOMECO, began by manufacturing bearings before gradually expanding its production activities to serve various industrial and agricultural sectors. Throughout each stage of development, experience has been accumulated and technical skills continuously improved. Experienced workers have willingly passed on their knowledge and expertise, while younger generations have learned, adapted, and sought better ways of working. This continuity has helped preserve the company’s mechanical engineering expertise and strengthen its resilience over time.

FOMECO’s traditions are reflected in everyday work: paying careful attention to every component, thoroughly inspecting products before delivery, and working together to resolve challenges in production and business operations. The company’s reputation and corporate image are built and maintained through these daily efforts. Participation in international supply chains demonstrates the company’s manufacturing capabilities while also requiring continuous improvements in quality and consistent fulfillment of commitments to customers.

The guiding principle, “Quality Beyond Expectations,” represents a long-term commitment that must be demonstrated in every order: accurately understanding customer requirements, selecting appropriate solutions, effectively controlling production processes, ensuring timely delivery, and promptly addressing any issues that arise. In 2026, the delivery of the first batch of 1,000 A3-sized plastic containers to 33 customers and partners marked a tangible achievement in this development direction, providing a stronger foundation for product diversification and meeting evolving market demands.

Advanced equipment can only deliver its full potential when operated with professional expertise, discipline, and close coordination across all stages, from design and mold manufacturing to production and quality inspection.
