182 CNC lathes; 154 presses with capacities ranging from 6 to 600 tonnes; 6 forging hammers with energy ratings from 16 to 81 kJ; 20 CNC milling machines; 14 gear-cutting machines; 12 wire-cut EDM machines; 48 grinding machines; 15 welding robots; and 3 Dacromet–Geomet–DISGO coating lines, each with a capacity of up to 20 tonnes per day—along with a wide range of other integrated equipment.
These are just part of FOMECO’s system of more than 1,000 machines and pieces of equipment installed across nine workshops, approximately 70% of which are CNC machines and automated equipment.

The answer is: FOMECO can take a customer’s drawing and implement an integrated production process—from feasibility assessment, process planning, die and fixture design and manufacturing, blank production, CNC machining, welding, heat treatment and surface treatment to inspection and product finishing.

From the outset, FOMECO independently carries out all five stages of die and fixture manufacturing: design, machining, heat treatment, inspection and assembly. Its integrated system of CNC milling machines, wire-cut EDM machines and CNC electrical discharge machines enables the Company to shorten new-product development lead times, promptly accommodate changes in technical requirements and maintain die stability throughout mass production.
At the blank-forming stage, FOMECO’s system of presses and forging hammers enables the Company to select the most suitable production method for each material, product structure and volume requirement.
FOMECO has mastered a wide range of technologies, including turning, milling, gear machining and grinding, with machining accuracy of up to 0.005 mm. In particular, the superfinishing technology for bearing raceways can achieve a surface roughness of Ra 0.05 µm, meeting the stringent requirements of components operating at high speeds and under high friction, where long-term stability is essential. FOMECO currently applies this capability to the manufacture of components for the automotive and motorcycle industries, as well as products for export markets.
The Company operates two continuous carburizing and quenching lines, 33 medium-frequency induction furnaces, an aluminium T4–T6 heat-treatment line, and a range of surface-treatment technologies, including powder coating, hot-dip galvanizing, Dacromet, Geomet and DISGO. In particular, DISGO technology, transferred from Japan, provides outstanding corrosion resistance and can withstand more than 1,000 hours of salt spray testing. These capabilities enable FOMECO to meet demanding requirements for surface durability, performance in harsh environments and long service life.
