The first plastic containers manufactured by Pho Yen Mechanical Joint Stock Company (FOMECO) have officially been delivered to customers. More than the completion of an order, this milestone represents an encouraging first step in FOMECO’s journey to expand its manufacturing capabilities into the industrial plastic products sector.
The first production batch comprised nearly 1,000 A3-sized plastic containers, which were delivered to 33 FOMECO customers and partners. Initial feedback indicated that FOMECO’s plastic containers feature a robust structure, high durability and attractive colours, effectively meeting requirements for the storage, preservation and transportation of goods. In particular, customers expressed their interest in continuing to cooperate with FOMECO in the future.

The positive response to these initial products is meaningful recognition of the FOMECO team’s efforts throughout the research, design, mould manufacturing, material selection, testing and product refinement processes. It also provides an important foundation for the Company to continue improving product quality and developing plastic container and tray solutions that better meet the specific needs of individual customers.
FOMECO plastic containers are manufactured from virgin plastic using an LKIMM injection moulding machine with a clamping force of up to 400 tonnes, operating in an integrated system with a drying chamber, mixer and auxiliary equipment. The production process is controlled at every stage, from incoming materials and product moulding to final inspection, ensuring consistent structure, dimensions and colour across production batches.
FOMECO plastic containers are manufactured from virgin plastic using an LKIMM injection moulding machine.
In the coming period, FOMECO will continue to refine its technology, enhance product quality and diversify its range of industrial plastic containers and trays. The Company will focus on products designed to meet customers’ specific operational requirements, including dimensions, load capacity, stackability, product protection and goods-handling needs.
