According to the published standard, FOMECO’s single-row deep groove ball bearings are developed based on current Vietnamese and international standards for rolling bearings, ball bearings, and dimensional tolerances. The standard clearly specifies requirements for raw materials, dimensions, accuracy, radial internal clearance, noise level, service life, and inspection methods to ensure reliable operation and long-term durability.
In particular, the bearings are manufactured using premium bearing steels such as SUJ2, GCr15, and 100Cr6, materials well known for their excellent hardness, wear resistance, and fatigue strength. These materials are widely used in the production of high-quality rolling bearings worldwide. In addition, every product is inspected using specialized measuring equipment to verify critical technical parameters before shipment.
Beyond establishing internal standards, FOMECO’s corporate standard has also been officially registered in Vietnam’s National Database for Standards, Metrology and Quality for its Single-Row Deep Groove Ball Bearings under TCCS 01:2026/PHOYEN.
