FOMECO operates modern high-pressure die casting machines from LK Machinery.
FOMECO is equipped with advanced LK Machinery high-pressure die casting systems, including DCC400T and DCC280T models. These machines feature a clamping force of up to 400 tons, a casting pressure of 6.7 MPa, and an aluminum shot capacity of up to 2.65 kg per cycle. Supported by a 14 MPa hydraulic system, the equipment operates continuously and reliably 24/7, enabling FOMECO to produce aluminum die-cast components with outstanding dimensional accuracy, excellent surface finish, and highly stable structural integrity.
